Stronger and deeper relationships with various levels of vendor organizationsTCA will be a vehicle promoting cooperation between agents and vendors. Providing opportunities for agents and vendors to work together will help agents strengthen their relationships with their carrier representatives. TCA will sponsor regularly scheduled events to promote stronger relationships between agents and vendors with the goal of maximizing the potential of the indirect sales channel. Vendors have already committed to providing education, training and other tools to help develop and empower agents. TCA’s Agent Advisory Board will be responsible for articulating the interests of the agent community within the organization. Being a charter agent gets you directly involved in formulating policy and advocating for the agent community.
